We offer a 1-year comprehensive warranty on main components including the motor, battery, and controller. The frame is covered for up to 3 years against manufacturing defects.

Can I return my e-bike if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it to qualify for a full refund.

Are Fiido e-bikes waterproof and safe for rain?

Fiido e-bikes have an IP54 water-resistance rating. This means they are protected against light rain and splashes, but they should not be submerged in water or left out in heavy downpours for extended periods.
